‘The Story’ About Us…

Our family farm has roots back to the early 1970’s when Austin’s grandfather purchased the first Charolais cattle with his wife and their 6 children. Hence the name 8 Story Farms!  While his grandfather’s dream of farming and raising Charolais cattle in Northwest Missouri was cut short, his dream lives on in our family today.

We raise registered purebred Charolais seedstock. We recognize your success and profitability will be dependent on the type of bulls and replacement females you purchase.  Our goal is to provide the highest quality cattle, and follow it up with great customer support.  We know a lot of hard work goes into raising cattle, and a great set of Charolais cross calves is just the reward you deserve! 

The herd sires we select have moderate birth weights, excellent performance, and have great carcass quality. We expect the calves they sire to have excellent vigor at birth, grow great, and grade well. The females at 8 Story Farms are low maintenance, productive, have good udders, are structurally sound, and have docile dispositions.We may be starting out with a modest size herd, but we look forward to growing our numbers and continually improving our quality.
